Personal Interests . . .
Outside of orthopaedics I am a member of the African Medical Research Foundation which brings medical services and education to East Africa. I was a doctor in a mission hospital and retain an interest in this work. I own a pre World War I Gaff rigged smack which I sail out of the East coast. I also enjoy and maintain a selection of vintage motor cars.
